The verification & settlement layer for the robot economy

Your robots did the work.
Prove it. Get paid on it.

Cadence independently verifies what every robot actually did — every pick, pallet, acre, and square foot — then invoices, collects, and pays out on the numbers both sides trust. Per-outcome pricing, with the money handled end to end.

01 — The problem

The robot economy runs on self-graded homework

01

Vendors self-report.

The company sending the invoice is the company counting the work. Nobody audits the meter.

02

Flat fees block adoption.

$2,000/robot/month locks out every operator too small to saturate a robot. The mid-market wants to pay per pick — no one can offer it credibly.

03

Disputes burn trust.

One contested invoice becomes a 45-minute phone fight with no shared evidence. Multiply by every robot, every month.

02 — How it works

Two feeds. One truth. Zero arguments.

  1. 1

    Connect

Read-only connectors to the robot fleet API and the operator's system of record — WMS, route logs, job tickets. No write access, ever. Nothing about operations changes.

  2. 2

    Reconcile

Cadence matches every claimed event against the independent record. Matched events are billable. Unmatched events are flagged with evidence both parties see.

  3. 3

    Settle

Cadence generates the invoice from the Verified Work Statement, collects from the operator, holds funds neutrally, and pays out the vendor. Matched events flow on schedule; disputed events are carved out and held until resolved. Money moves only on numbers both sides have already accepted.

03 — Who it's for

Who Cadence is for

For robotics vendors

Close the deals your pricing model is blocking

  • Offer per-pick, per-pallet, per-acre pricing with a neutral referee behind every number.
  • Get paid automatically: Cadence invoices, collects, and pays out on verified counts — no billing ops team required.
  • Unlock the mid-market tier that flat RaaS prices out.
  • Cut disputes and days-sales-outstanding — collections stop being conversations.
  • A third-party stamp that shortens enterprise procurement.

For operators

Stop paying on the vendor's word

  • An independent count of what every robot actually did — and payment releases only against it.
  • Pay for outcomes, not idle machines — per pick, per pallet, per square foot.
  • Disputed events are automatically withheld from payment until resolved — no more paying first and arguing later.
  • The first true, verified ROI picture of your automation.
04 — Settlement

Money moves on verified work

Payer Operator
Funds held neutrally Cadence releases on matched events only
Payee Vendor
disputed events — held until resolved

Verified invoicing

Invoices generated line-by-line from the Verified Work Statement — every line item traces to evidence.

Neutral settlement

Cadence holds funds and releases on the agreed schedule. Neither side chases the other.

Dispute-safe by design

Contested events are carved out of the payout automatically — a 2% disagreement never blocks 98% of the money.

Subscriptions made robots affordable. Verified settlement makes them billable by the unit.

Units Cadence makes billable

  • $0.05 / verified pick
  • $0.95 / pallet move
  • $48 / trailer unloaded
  • $36 / acre mowed
  • $0.04 / sq ft cleaned
  • $0.02 / location scanned

If a machine can do it, Cadence can meter it, verify it, and settle it.

05 — Neutrality

Built to be nobody's side

Verification only works if the referee has no skin in the game. Neutrality isn't our policy — it's the product.

  • Read-only, always

Our connectors can see your systems. They can never touch them. No write access exists in the product.

  • Identical evidence

Vendor and operator see the same matched events, the same flags, the same records. There is no privileged view.

  • Built to SOC 2 standards

Security and audit controls designed to SOC 2 standards from day one — encryption in transit and at rest, full access logging.

  • Regulated money movement

Funds are handled through regulated banking and payments partners — held neutrally, released only on verified counts.

  • Never a party to the deal

Cadence is never the vendor and never the buyer. We are the referee holding the money — and we only get paid to count correctly.

06 — Design partners

We're onboarding 10 design partners for 2026.

Design partners get Cadence Verify and Settle free for 12 months — verification, invoicing, and settlement, end to end — plus a dedicated integration engineer. In exchange: two hours a month and a read-only data feed. That's it.

Run robots and want verified invoices?

07 — FAQ

Questions we get

Do you replace my billing system?

For robot revenue, yes — Cadence meters, verifies, invoices, collects, and pays out end to end. If you'd rather keep your own invoicing, you can run verification-only and bill against our statements; most partners start there and switch settlement on within a quarter.

What integrations exist?

Robot fleet APIs on one side, and the major WMS platforms on the other — Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, and NetSuite — plus job-ticket systems for field robotics. New connectors are prioritized by design-partner demand.

Is my data shared with the other party?

Only matched and flagged billing events, with their evidence. Raw operational data — routes, inventory, telemetry beyond the billable event — never crosses to the other side.

What does it cost after the design-partner year?

Verification: a flat per-robot-per-year fee. Settlement: a small percentage of settled volume — think payments-processor economics, not a revenue share. Exact rates are set with design partners.

We already trust our vendor / customer. Why bother?

Great — keep that relationship. Verification makes the trust portable: to procurement teams who don't know your vendor, to new customers who don't know you, and to lenders who need numbers, not vibes.

Per-outcome pricing is coming to robotics. Be the one who offers it first.
